This is the form to fill out when you have decided you want to pursue the college path, any college path and want to opt into Greenwood Promise college assistance programs and scholarships.

The Greenwood Promise is designed to remove financial barriers for a student who chooses to go to PTC or Lander University. We pay the remaining balance for tuition and mandatory fees, after any federal or state aid.

This form is typically for juniors and seniors in high school, or up to 3 years after high school.

Please complete this form to take the Greenwood Promise Pledge! A few things to know before you begin:

1. This form will take you approximately 5 minutes to complete. You will NOT be able to save your progress once you begin, so make sure you have enough time to finish before you start.
2. It is recommended that you complete this form on a computer through Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome, if possible. The form can also be completed on a smart phone through any browser.
3. If your student account cannot be found, please see your high school counselor or advisor to complete a Greenwood Promise consent form.
