Log in to your FAFSA account at studentaid.gov.

Locate your Student Aid Index (SAI) on your FAFSA Submission Summary by following these steps:

• Log in using your username and password.
• Select your processed FAFSA submission.
• Click View FAFSA Submission Summary.
• Navigate to the Eligibility Overview tab.
• Take a screenshot of your SAI score and save it as a picture.

Section A: Permission to Provide Records 

I hereby authorize any school that I am enrolled in that participates with the Greenwood Promise, through its agents and employees, to release any of my financial aid, attendance, demographic and/or academic record information, in whole or in part, to the Greenwood Promise, to facilitate the analysis of my scholarship eligibility and the subsequent educational and economic impact of this scholarship. This release is valid for: Current academic year (present to August 11), 2026-2027 academic year, and 2027-2028 academic year. This release will stay in effect for the time period indicated above unless the release is revoked in writing or until the student is no longer eligible to receive funding from The Greenwood Promise. Such revocation shall not affect disclosures made prior to receipt of the revocation. I understand that I am entitled to a copy of any records so disclosed upon request. This release does not extend to records of a medical or psychological nature.
